  • Sign Vendor

Apologies if this has been addressed before but I couldn't find any posts regarding it when searching.

Does anyone have recommendations for a good sign vendor? I'm talking signs for gates/fences that display hours/various info in a material that will last in heat. Fixing to redo all of our signage for 7 sites and currently the only one i've had experience with is signquick which is back in TX, curious if anyone has any recommendations to compare some pricing and possibly get a more local vendor to us here in California to avoid as high of shipping costs.

You have one close by in Stockton that I have used quite a few time for the storages and churches.

Talk about heat, we are in central Florida. We have metal signs with the images put onto them. Stainless Steel signs with the information put onto them last for years!

I had great signs done by RoadTrafficSigns.com. They have options for more durable needs.

feels a little like Stockholm Syndrome. By feeding these aggregators we're hurting our own industry. In the name of possibly increasing occupancy percentage we're giving away a large slice of our income and future viability. Income that we as the business developers, owners and operators have taken...

I definitely had more rentals with Sparefoot. I was using Storedge as well. A big question to ask each person once the reservation comes in is how long they plan to store for. Each time a Sparefoot reservation rents for 1 month and takes off, you're losing money. I would politely decline those reservations....

Following up on this, just wondering if anyone is having success with Sparefoot/Storable Marketplace for renting up a new facility. It makes sense to try and be visible everywhere you possibly can be, especially for a newer facility or expansion, but I do see some of the downfalls:
