1. Replace existing gate and add additional fencing to frontage
2. Sealcoat all asphalt and repaint fire lines
3. Get all roofs repaired so I can rent units, same for door springs...just attend to all damaged units in general
4. Refinish office flooring and get my office looking as pretty as I want it
5. Paint roll up doors
6. Build more 5x5 units
7. Add online rentals
8. Put in a garden area up front for better curb appeal
9.Get my forklift cert
10. Get the mobile office units and pods refurbished for lease-up
11. Increase occupancy and street rates, which is what all of the above is for. I would love to hit 75% by end of 2020
12. Take a vacation???? I'm going to be so sore and tired from all that lol

We use storEDGE and push our discounts...

by StormanThis expanded metal comes in many thicknesses and sizes. The 3/4" and 9 gauge is likely much heavier than what you used for your trailer ramp. The 4x8 sheets that I'm looking at cost about $60 each, but the added cost of galvanizing and delivering them to my facility is what bumps them to ~$100...
