    Either the price isn't right or they need to wait for someone to help them move.

      They're not quite ready but wanted to stop by and see what we have. Or they're waiting for help but wanted to see sizes. If they mention price I tell them that we are very competitive with facilities around the area because we set our prices to be close to them and vice versa.
      Even duct-tape can't fix stupid. But it can muffle the noises.

        Checking availability and pricing and then reporting back to a significant other or friend. We are close to the only game in town in our area, so they have hardly ever said they were checking other places. During the boom they rented asap. Now they are shopping more.
