It's called, "My Maintenance Man". He doesn't like his picture taken.

This is our cart. Right now we use 409. We have gallons and gallons because the previous manager ordered tons of it like she needed it for the apocalypse! So I've told the groundsman that he has to use that all up before I order anything else. I figure I have at least 10 years!!!

The other important item is a long telescoping handle for various items to attach to. Window washing, removing spiders from cameras, etc.

For the past 2 months and change, I've been maintenance. I use clorox wipes, lysol, pinesol, broom/dustpan, old Navy type mop/rolling bucket, and gloves. Though I was out front trimming back our trees earlier this week. No cart though.
Even duct-tape can't fix stupid. But it can muffle the noises.
