It's been a year! Do you have any projects, marketing campaigns or other things you hope to wrap up before 2021 arrives?

I am just tracking my numbers closely. I have stayed pretty full all year and am about $1200 ahead of last year which was my 6th straight year with a bigger year than the year before.

We don't do ant move in specials. I have discounts for military, first responders and hospital workers and multi month free time when paid in advance. All the ones around me do the move in specials and we are fuller than they are."Never let the inmates run the asylum!"Comment
