Storage for Boats and Vehicles question for rental agreement.

Our current storage agreement states a value of limitation of $5,000 for each unit and says that anyone storing items of greater value must have permission from the owner. We also have a statement regarding anything flammable. We've recently had more people wanting to storage boats and vehicles. Does anyone have a document they provide to customers as an addendum to the standard rental agreement that permits these items?

Here is a sample vehicle addendum we use, also has place to add additional vehicles if the primary is taken out and secondary vehicle is left in space. Again please keep mind it is built around our agreement so you would have to tweek it to reflect your agreement. Hope it helps
