    My first facility made the switch almost 5 years ago. I LOVED it!! We saved so much paper! I had only had 2-3 people ask for a paper copy. Would love to do it here.

      I love them! I still print a copy for the file here with time stamp etc when they and I signed, but I love E leases.

        We strongly push online and have had great success. Wouldn't have it any other way.

          That's all we offer. ESS offers Esign, but if the tenant is having problems, I'll send it via DocuSign. It's 2021- there's no reason for e sign to not be a thing.

                Did anyone have any challenges to making the move? What do your tenants think? Do any ask for a paper lease? If so, what do you do?

                  I didn't have any challenges getting folks to esign.
                  Most folks already have email and are fine receiving their copy that way.
                  Pre-Pandemic, I wouldn't print a lot of leases for folks anyway!
                  Don't put off until tomorrow, what you can do today.

                    My tenant base is primarily long past retirement, so we could never go 100% eLease. But we do have many using online and kiosk rentals now.

                      But you can go all e-sign!
                      Our owners bought us all tablets and the tenants sign on the tablet in the office.
                      If that person still wishes to get a paper copy, they e-sign and THEN I print!

                      Don't put off until tomorrow, what you can do today.
