  • Limit on Units Rented by One Person

Do you have a limit on how many units you'll rent at your facility to one person? Should there be a limit? What are the pros/cons of this idea?

We don't limit because we only have very small units available. Sometimes they need 4 or 5 to fit everything since they want the security we provide!

I've never considered a limit, what would be the concern? I've had individuals whom have rented 5 units from me with no problem. I currently have a business renting 7 units from me.

We do not have a limit on units per tenant. We have quite a few that have a handful each. As long as the rent is paid, I don't see any cons

We don't limit either, but I can see where it ~could~ become a problem. Nothing like having 3 or 4 units in one tenants name go to auction.
