  • Quick Rant - Storable / StorEDGE / SpareFoot

    Since the start of the month I have been emailing and calling Storable about turning back on my facilities to SpareFoot, we have 5 sites, as of right now, they have turned two on and the other 3 "Cannot be located" when trying to sync, support has said on every call, someone will follow up with me, yesterday, after an hour on the phone, same response, someone will call you back. After a day or two, I'll get their auto response that the case has been closed because I haven't responded, and I respond, I still need help, call again, and the get the same run around!

    Besides calling their support line and emailing, does anyone have any other ways to contact these guys to get the sites live? On the off chance, someone from storable sees this I have tickets
