Ours is pretty basic, but I've only had to use it once at this property.

As stated on your lease agreement, your lease expires at the end of each monthly cycle, and subject to management discretion, renews automatically on the first day of the next cycle.

At this time, it is our decision not to renew your lease. You have until <Tenant.PaidThruDate> to vacate your unit. Your lock must be removed on or before the vacate date. All terms and conditions of your lease agreement will remain in effect.

May your former client rest in peace that he perhaps couldn't find here on Earth. His decision was soley HIS. It had nothing to do with you or the notice you gave him. You were just doing your job. I'm very sorry as this will give you pause, but YOU had nothing involved in his decision to leave. Talk to a counselor and allow them to help you process this.
