OMG, I am so sorry. Please don't blame yourself for this. Whatever he was dealing with was there long before he became your tenant. Please find a professional to talk to, to help you through this.

Does anyone in this thread have an example of a letter that you send to evict a Tenant? And I am so very sorry that this happened to you Jblake. Just remember you did not cause this."A Dog is the only thing on earth that loves you more than you love yourself".👍 2Comment

As stated on your lease agreement, your lease expires at the end of each monthly cycle, and subject to management discretion, renews automatically on the first day of the next cycle.
At this time, it is our decision not to renew your lease. You have until <Tenant.PaidThruDate> to vacate your unit. Your lock must be removed on or before the vacate date. All terms and conditions of your lease agreement will remain in effect.MamaDuke

Oh, Jblake, I am so sorry that this is what happened. You are not to blame, and it's not your fault. Get yourself to therapy as KrisinCali recommended. It is important to have the support to navigate through this. All the best!👍 3Comment

May your former client rest in peace that he perhaps couldn't find here on Earth. His decision was soley HIS. It had nothing to do with you or the notice you gave him. You were just doing your job. I'm very sorry as this will give you pause, but YOU had nothing involved in his decision to leave. Talk to a counselor and allow them to help you process this.Throw kindness around like Confetti - But don't get glitter in your eyes!👍 2Comment
