A drunk driver crashed through a couple of units at a facility in Davis, Okla. Imagine if this was your site!

Maintenance man should have that cleaned up in an hour or two. Is that a bed frame at the left front? I believe so. Never did like red vehicles. I also always recommend all tenants use totes with snap on lids to prevent items scattering like in this scenario. "I know a thing or two because I have seen a thing or two".

You just know he was there with his best friend and the last words he said before doing this was, "Hey, hold my beer and watch this"!
"Never let the inmates run the asylum!"

Too many freaks, not enough circuses.

Seen this first hand too many times. At one Florida facility I oversaw it happened more than one. I still have the security cam footage of one of the drunk drivers from the bar next door flooring it into reverse, breaking through the chain link fence and flying into units which were about 4-5' lower than the lot he came from.

I hope those tenants had insurance! Clearly if he's driving drunk with a revoked license, he sure doesn't have any!

              Good grief!
When I had all of my ducks in a row-I realized that most of them were not even mine!

Different states have different laws. In CA, there is a legal form to be completed and notarized, or they must have the proper court documents. In the meantime, we overlock the space to ensure that no one gets access until we have the proper paperwork.

Just spent two nights on the outer edge of Kerrville at a Super 8. It was actually one of the nicer 8's we've stayed in. We did the three twisted sisters near there.
                  Love the entire area....

IMO, after seeing the certified death certificate and legal paperwork that gives her control of the mother-in-law unit belongings, she can have her name put on the unit and linked to her units. If you wish you can of course reference the mother-in-laws name somewhere on the unit.
