Wow! That is so sad. So many small plane/flight hobbyists that crash.
Even duct-tape can't fix stupid. But it can muffle the noises.

Very sad. I wonder if he kept his helicopter at the storage facility. Take off/Landing spot?

This is so sad! I remember several years ago one of my very close competitors (meaning we actually talked and sent each other business) died in a private passenger airplane crash. I heard it on the news. It was terrible. We went to the funeral home and it was so sad to see his wife. She was devastated. After she passed, just a year later, the kids took over the facility. They recently sold it.

Sad and to me almost sounds intentional. I wonder if he was depressed?

I don't see any evidence to indicate that based on that article. Flying helicopters is a fine balancing act. Beyond possible pilot error, I wouldn't assume anything more than a possible medical emergency (such as a heart attack). Very sad, no matter what.

Prayers and love to the family and friends.

I am so very sorry to read about this happening to one of my neighbors (I am only about 1 1/2 hours away from Red Bud, IL, which is pretty close here in rural Illinois).

I'll be either sitting in my hotel room watching Netflix or sitting downtown Salem, eating some fried alligator and watching the crazies... I've been driving around with a posable skeleton in my passenger seat. I am tempted to see if I can get it strapped to my segway and use my phone to control it...

Minimum driveway width for 12x30's, need advice
                        by bkinvest
I've got 10x20's on 1 side and want to build 12x30's across from them (the demand is for bigger units). The problem is I only have a total of 60' to work with from where the current building is. This would only leave 30' in distance between the 2 buildings? I know it's not ideal, but will it work?...

Yeah I think we'll be doing a trunk or treat over at our church this year and that's probably it.
