    We use Sitelink and have recently been forced to change our credit card processing to Storable. We keep damage deposits on file, in the past we could refund them to the credit card on file. storable has stated that they cannot process our refunds because the original charge was not processed thru their company but thru the other company we was with. Has anyone had this happen and what did you do to process the refunds?

    Our other facility, she requests the refund from our boss and he sends a check. then she processes thru sitelink / might be messy as well through CC processor, but we could do that thru paya is what we use with our sitelink

      Hi sheryl. SBAZ gave you some great advice! We recommend issuing refunds by check. Whenever changing credit card providers, the best thing to do is to issue the refund via check since the new processor cannot tag that refund to the transactions on the old processor.
