I'm worried so many units are being built everywhere, that for the first time, rents might go down. -
Good question. Rents are 30% higher than they were 3 years ago, but I don't think we will see that happen again. I think we will be 10% higher.Comment

They did install them over the winter, so that might have played a role in it.
The piers/headers come with that thin protective film on it (like the plastic on your cell phone screen or other things that need to be protected). When it's removed there shouldn't be anything left behind,...Today, 05:34 PM -
