      Property taxes up 40% in one year

        Property taxes, utilities, parts, fuel, jobs that are outsourced -- Unfortunately, I don't think that any cost has remained the same since Covid. We usually only raise rates by a couple of bucks every 2-3 years. We have discussed raising yearly to help out with rising costs.
