I am scrambling to open Race Town Storage in Wilkesboro, NC on April 1st. The facility is complete and came out great, but I have been putting some office tasks on the back burner. I am using SiteLink Web Edition and will definitely be taking advantage of eSign. As an NCSSA member. I feel like their standard lease is pretty good. I have it uploaded to SiteLink forms in HTML format. (Although SL Support said RTF format is preferred, the file is too large for RTF). The text is pretty garbled and I can probably straighten it out, but I haven't begun to address how all of the blanks will be filled in by SL for eSign. Is anyone else using the NCSSA lease for eSign on SiteLink? Would anyone be willing to share that edited lease with me to make my life easier? I have bitten off a lot with a full time job and managing this project on the side and I finished up in just 10 months, but this last week is going to be a killer. Anyone feeling helpful or have good advice? Thx!
