Edit form title in sitelink

Is there a way to edit the title of a form in sitelink? I created a tenant info sheet several years ago, stopped using it (don't remember why) and want to start using it again. I've edited the actual form to the new wording I want on it, but I want to change the title of the form to something other than "customer sign-up sheet" so it's easier to remember and find in the list.

Setup > Forms Open the letter. File > Rename Form
