I have a boat and RV storage facility and have just acquired the building next door(50x100). After advertising the whole building and office space with no interest, I decided to make 2 large bays, 20x50 ($330 month) and one 20x45($300 mo).
As well as 3 climate controlled units ($110 mo) Everything is rented except for 2 climate controlled units.
The front office area is open.(15x50), my facility is gated but with this detail shop, customers will be able to come in and drop their car off.
What should I rent this office area and a bay out for and what type of lease or agreement do you recommend? How can I keep my place secure with this type of operation or do you recommend staying away from this sort of lease? I will try and post a pic below of layout of building. Thanks guys!
