I do not know much about AI but what I have read about it, I don't support it.

Very interesting article. I suppose if you have multiple facilities it might make sense for FAQ applications, However, until it can be trusted to actually reach out to customers and facilitate real time collections (without insulting them), while formulating and implementing procedures to keep the chronically late paying customers in good standing, I don't see the real benefit…yet. Of course I’m no expert, and this is only my current opinion.

Fascinating. I tried the ChatGPT app a couple of weeks ago, but not nearly as precisely as the author did. I am pretty sure I will be using it as the technology improves.
