  • Hello!

    Hello everyone. Im new to the site and fairly new to the industry as well. I started 3 years ago with a new Trachte building (44 units) and recently bought a 300 unit property that was near forclosure. Im having lots of fun getting the new business back in working order. Im looking forward to sharing ideas and learning from everyone here.

                Thank you all. It's going to be a battle, but I'm ready for the challenge. I'm sitting close to 90% occupancy so I'm in decent shape right out of the gate. It's just going to take some time to get the books in order and the tenants back on a shorter leash.

                      Take a look at recently constructed retail space and medical offices in your area for inspiration. Those buildings will often have some great ideas with high end appeal.

                      Of the sites I have seen recently that really pop, I think some of the items that are in common are taller horizontal...

                      At last facility I had indoor units with a camera in the hallway. I had a lady tenant that had a unit under the camera and I could see her great. She would lock her unit to go and walk the distance of the hallway and even get the door at the end open to leave and would then walk back to unit to check...
