I've been reading, listening, and learning about everything self storage over the past couple months. My wife and I have some cash saved up and are seriously looking into purchasing a self storage facility. I've spoken with some owners, brokers, and others in the industry to try and learn as much as I can.
If I were to connect with an owner about selling I'm guessing I would hire a real estate attorney to put together a contract? If so, any chance someone has a recommendation? Thanks for any help or advice!
