    We don't accept ACH-none of the facilities I've worked at has.
    I want buns of steel.

      That a great insight, Could you help me with a bit more of your thoughts then; Our clientele consist majorly of mom and pop storage facilities and facilities with units ranging from 100-750 with 2 or 3 sites. Is it that Maybe, the request for ACH payments is based on the sizeof the facility or the tenants in them? And is it welcoming to request tenants to change over from ACH to submitting the credit cards?

        I asked one of my owners once and he said that while the payment processors were pretty accurate-taking money from a bank account and having a glitch and taking that payment twice opens up small companies for litigation that no one wants. Because a lot of people are living paycheck to paycheck and getting payments bounced all over the place, with the fees, gets one sued.

          We do accept both. I like ach for the fact we only get charged a per transaction fee. It is cheaper until you get a bounced ach. I think that is BS as it is electronic and should just be declined. Nope got 2 NSF fees from the same person.

            We also do not accept ACH payments. Cash, check or card only.
