Our office line is always forwarded to the office cell phone. If we're unavailable, it goes to voicemail and we call back same day if it's during business hours. I also leave the cell on for missed calls after hours and I call them back next business day, some folks don't like leaving a voicemail.

Our office phones are cell, we use XPS, so after 4 rings go to them and they get the following options:- Office / Gate Hours Info
- Automated Payment Options
- U-Haul Rentals (sends to U-Haul 800 number)
- Customer Service Rep
- Voicemail

Reply to AC Experts out there?by fishhu1968Yes, both were completely out of freon. Luckily the temps here have been mild so the other units have been keeping up. We have 7 total in this building, but come summer we need all of them going 24/7.
