    Our office line is always forwarded to the office cell phone. If we're unavailable, it goes to voicemail and we call back same day if it's during business hours. I also leave the cell on for missed calls after hours and I call them back next business day, some folks don't like leaving a voicemail.

      My only phone is a cell phone, so it comes there and then goes to voicemail.

        Our office phones are cell, we use XPS, so after 4 rings go to them and they get the following options:
        1. Office / Gate Hours Info
        2. Automated Payment Options
        3. U-Haul Rentals (sends to U-Haul 800 number)
        4. Customer Service Rep
        5. Voicemail
        Several of our customers choose the automated payment options

          Same here, minus U-Haul. We have a good number of people use the automated payment option. It's funny because I've had several tenants act disappointed when I answered the phone and state they were hoping to get the automated payment system, lol! I tell them I'm probably faster (especially if they have a card on file already - we're done in like 10 seconds).
