I've been here 4 years with no review. But I do get an increase every January. And since the boss never comes in to complain, I guess I'm keeping him happy. With the previous management, he was here yelling at them all the time!MamaDuke

Technically I have not had a raise in my HOURLY rate in over 2 years. BUT I do get a quarterly bonus which has increased significantly over the past year so I am happy. Sometimes it's not always about the pay rate but about the other benefits. Paid Time off, health insurance, bonuses, etc.Comment
