615 units total, we sit at 99% with a waiting list for 10x25. We plan to put up another building of 52 units this summer (multiple sizes). I am certain we can fill it in less than 6 months.Comment

93% occupied with 88% economic occupancy. Time to raise a few rents by $10 or so...Comment

We were hovering around 97-98 for the longest time, but recently had a rise in moveouts and a decrease in rentals, so we're now closer to 90. If we get too many vacant in a particular size, we may have to start offering move-in specials again for those sizes (haven't done that in probably a year and half!), but not 1st month free (I don't like the kind of tenants those offers often attract) . . . probably 2nd and 3rd months half off or something like that.Comment

Reply to AC Experts out there?Yes, both were completely out of freon. Luckily the temps here have been mild so the other units have been keeping up. We have 7 total in this building, but come summer we need all of them going 24/7.Today, 09:56 AM
