We don't offer any of these things and I don't know that I would want to. I enjoy the face to face and talking each month to those that call in or stop by. I have had calls from people moving here from bigger cities that are amazed that we still do things the old school way but have had many say how much they appreciate not having to deal with the technology.

I had a guy today who would not rent from us because we don't offer in-person rentals. I was polite, he was a rude jerk. Happy to not be doing business with him. I hope he found a facility that does business the way he wants, meanwhile I am very happy with my model.

I am glad it worked out. I do agree with the others, I have had this happen before where it was incomplete or did not have the apt.
