I have been soooo lucky in self storage. All (except one) of my bosses have been great, self aware and supportive. The only bad apple in the bunch was the 'owners rep' of my first facility. He was a straight up 'white man privilege' kind of guy who wanted to sweep a sexual harassments accusation of one of his employees under the rug, "C'mon, we all work for the same company", like bonhomie was an excuse to ignore bad behavior.

His 'punishment' for our complaint, was to deny us raises after the best year ever. I walked.
