The steps you need to perform depend on if you are using StorLogix or if you are using Digigate. If you're still having issues let me know and we can work it out.

    For StorLogix : http://wiki.ptisecurity.com/General_...DIAETSlinkshow

    For DigiGate: http://wiki.ptisecurity.com/General_...#AANTZlinkshow

I use digigate and these instructions are what I followed. I just kind of stumbled into it. The only thing I did not do is "clear and set the Syscon". What is that and what do I do? Thanks for the help on this.

When you are using DigiGate and you make changes to the time zones settings (Adding a new Time Zone, or editing the hours of an existing Time Zone), you have to so "Set" the controller with these new values before they will take effect at the keypad.

These instructions show how to set the controller.

After you've done that, you'll need to update your tenant info using these steps.

If you have something in your lease that states either you (management) or the tenant can terminate the lease for any reason, give him a 30-day notice to vacate. He probably won't vacate, in which case you will need to evict at that point, and he will probably still challenge it in court (because he...

Seek advice of lawyer in this matter. I believe you should evict him, however an attorney should handle every aspect of it.
