I'm off on Mondays and my manager at the other facility called (she's new)

"Tenant tried to get his mail from the mailbox out front but there's a black widow and he can get it out." (I don't do spiders and neither does she..lol)

I now have this mental image of a black widow raising up it's wee arms, "THOU SHALL NOT PASS." to our tenant.

I sent my other manager over to evict the spider so everyone could get their mail.

My facility in Ontario, CA had black widows just inside the door of every single drive up unit throughout the warm weather. I got used to dealing with them, sadly.
