  • SMS Tenant Notifications - Auto Reply with Sitelink and Twilio

    I would like to setup an auto-reply to tenants who might reply to our SMS notifications via Sitelink and Twilio. At the moment, with Sitelink's generic setup, if a customer replies to the text notification, they receive a message that says something to the effect of "please setup your url..." I would like to setup an auto reply that says something like "If you have any questions please call the office at ... or email us at ..." Does anyone have experience with this. I spoke to Sitelink and Twilio and they are hands off at this time.

    We also use the text feature. We basically just add a blurb on the end that this message cannot be replied to and to call us.
