Does anyone know how to set up a percentage fee in site link? It would only need to be on select tenants and the percent would need to based on the total amount due.

Setup>Charges>double click the late fee(s) you want to modify>Check the box that says Late Fee is a percent of rent>adjust the late fee % amount

Thank you! That's what I was doing however it doesn't quite work the way I need it to. We are looking to implement a credit card fee due to how high the rates have gotten.

There's no way to do that automatically. We used to charge a fee for CC use, but it had to be manually added on each transaction. You get good at adding it quickly when the customer pays, but it's still a hassle!
