It could be a record-setting year for this add-on service in 2010. (Sorry, couldn't resist.)
When you think about it, 2008 and 2009 have been rather tumultuous for many people and businesses. We've made significant changes in the recession, in personnel, property sales or other major areas. And any time your business or you as an individual make a change, you've created a record, one that you have to keep.
The records are piling up. I, for one, know I need to get organized with my personal records ... and I'm running out of space. And I'm just one guy! Imagine the new records created by a business in transition.
