I used to work for EIM Group (Excellence in Management). They operate out of Lodi, CA, but have facilities in several states.

The owners are Tom and Carol Krendl, and they have been in the business for something like 30 years.

Give them a call and see if they can help you. You won't be sorry! They really know their stuff and are a wonderful team of people to work with.

Hi B Dilly, How far North in Colorado are you talking? Our parent company Central Park Management offers self storage management services and would be a great place to start.
