        We have properties in both FL an TN. I just fowarded both on to our GM. I, for one, like the changes since it will save a little money not having to send certified mail. One thing I am confused on is are they completely removing the add reqirements for the lien sale?

          In Texas the TSSA apparently suggested the same thing about not needing to send Notice of Lien via Certified Mail, but it is not doing well in the state legislature. Nothing determined yet, but I doubt we'll get that this year.

              That is how I was reading it also. Am I correct in saying that we will no longer have to cert the letter annndd no ad? Wouldnt that be wonderful.
