  • ISS Expo: Great International Turnout

    Nearly 200 people attending the ISS expo in Las Vegas were from outside the U.S. We had peeps from Nigeria, Mexico, many from Canada, Croatia (I met them. Very nice. LOVED the accent), Brazil, Australia, France and many more.

    If you're from another country, let us know. Tell us about the self-storage industry in your country. We want to know

    In all, 22 countries were represented by the attendees at the ISS Expo.

    Were any of you who attended able to network a bit with those from a different country?

        Building incrementally is tough.

        * Building a storage unit ain't cheap.
        * It is a nearly irreversible commitment to a certain type of development.

        Yes, being able to send people to collections would pretty much totally reduce my stress in these situations (knowing they wouldn't get away with it), but although our management company (of which I'm an employee, btw, not a partner) has not yet set this up.
