Hello from California
Just some thoughts. My home state is ND, I was trying to emagine what managing a facility there in ND must be like in the "good old winter". I was born and lived 7 miles south of the Canaidian border. Now I live and manage a facility in Ca. Hello to you guys and hang in there, spring is just around the corner!

I spent 7 years living in Jamestown back in the 70's & early 80's, now I am happily living in Southern California!
I can't imagine the fun of managing a facility back there in the winter! Burrrrrrr.
Remember - July is only a few months away - you can all make it to the big thaw.
