      Welcome Tstange:

      It is starting to look like a great time to have capital to buy self storage. I have talked with a number of owners who are watching the proposed tax changes very closely. If there is a jump in Capital Gains rates coming, many will opt to get out now instead of waiting to pay more to Uncle Sam.

      I saw that the Oregon legislature is considering a bill that would really mess with the intention of the lien sale protect in the state. You may want to take a look at the bill. I have posted a link below.

        You don't have to drill the entire cylinder lock. Call Chateau and tell them to give you the drilling instructions for the EZ lock. It takes 5-10 minutes with a 3/16" drill bit....
