I'm surprised I haven't seen anything from PASSA or anyone in the industry in PA regarding the passing of PA HB1103. We are in the process of updating our lease. Will you change any fees or keep them the same? I'd love to hear what fees and amounts you have listed on your lease.

I am in NJ and when our laws changed, yes we updated our late fee's STAT!

Montana updated their lien laws a few years ago and it has been a fantastic improvement for managing. I immediately updated the Lease, adjusted Fees, started sending Notices by email, changed to online auctions and have had much smoother time running the facilities since then.
I would not hesitate to raise Late Fees if that's your concern. Nobody should be paying them anyway

Are you going to call them BOTH and ask if they happened to leave something behind on this specific day and time that you know they were there?
