Hi Guys, We have been in busness for 15 years. I did a no-no. Had all my lien letters, pre lien letters and etc... on my computer. Well, The laptop fried, Backs will not work on new computers or new software. Looked in files for letters but have not found, I need to send out few pre-lien letters. Could someone send me a pre-lien or lien they use in South Carolina? I'am having to put all new in the new self storage software. Any help would be helpful. Jeff Loftis

Maybe the universe was telling you to go to an industry expert attorney and draft new documents. Your post may be the best ad for one of the automatic background programs like Carbonite.
Good luck, I know it is no fun for sure.

I know that. It just seems that there has been a dearth of SC posters here. It now appears there may be 3 or 4. Come on SC, get in here and post. It's tough for us Carolinians to compete with California.Bob Taylor (Astro)

Re: Looking for some help
I feel your pain on losing forms!! That bites!
Does your ss association have those available possibly?? Also, a lot of software comes with those forms such as Site Link and Quik Stor ( the only two I am familiar with) and you just tweak. I keep a copy of the TN Lien Laws and then I can update our forms or recreate if needed.
Again, sorry for this frustrating situation!Stephanie Tharpe

I am baffled, but okay, I hand her the form and say, "Okay, it's a $50 lock cut fee."...-
