  • ISS 2018 Top-Operators Lists

    Hi All,

ISS has released its annual Top-Operators Lists, an annual compilation of the industry's leading players. There are two lists: Facility Owners and Facility-Management Companies.

We've also published a slideshow that takes a closer look at the operator data, noting company growth, decline and movement throughout the ranks.

Finally, for those who are seeking even more information on the industry's largest operators, we offer a comprehensive package in the ISS Store that includes both lists in an easy-to-read excel format. Previous lists are also available in the store.

The Top-Operators List is an annual compilation ranking of the industry's leading players by square footage. The list also appears in the October 2018 print edition of ISS magazine.

Lock the empty units. While yes, a person could rent a unit and eventually get into the neighboring one, you should at least then have a photo and scan of their ID which should be a pretty good deterrent. Plus, what they said above is good advice.
