No auction in 4 years is very impressive! I wish I could say the same. Tricks to getting tenants accountable for proper move-outs
Any tricks to getting tenants to be fully accountable for moving ALL their belongings out of their units? Our local dumps have been crazy busy since the pandemic so more and more folks are leaving CRAP in units.

People are losing their minds. We have GREAT reviews until last week this tenant's SON left a one star review with some really negative feedback. I contacted the actual tenant to ask how we can make it right and she was so embarrassed. She said to ignore it and that it's her unit that she pays for....

I have an abandonment form if you'd like to look at mine. I have them sign it and then list the unit for a Manager's Auction.
