  • Usually when a child or other adult relative comes in to access a unit they provide a power of attorney (POA) letter.
    Our town is small enough that I can usually see it coming by keeping up with the daily obituaries in the paper.

  • I'd probably make the offer under my name then use the LLC for any loan or title registration.
    As far as reason for purchase? You are speculating on the long term appreciation of the value of the land.

    My competition is at the beginning of our road. Not uncommon for my customers to go there by mistake. Could this be some other facility's customer?
    I try to make sure we do not have the same unit #'s.
    I'd go through every box, bag and drawer looking for some name or contact info.
