  • Oh I'm sure. We made it as convenient as possible. Large aisles for our fully enclosed units. Smaller aisles but angled parking on the canopies/open parking. The whole site can be circled through so basically no reason to back-up unless you want to back into your spot. 2 gates for ease of entering/exiting....

  • Thanks folks.

I've spoken to a lot of RV and boat owners in our run up to this build. But as you've mentioned, some say you need 50' while others say 35' is no problem. All depends on the skill level of that person. As a facility, we have to manage the revenue and space constraints vs....

  • New construction build, so we have spots up to 35' coming from a 35' aisle (60 degree), but wanted to add a little bigger (40') as we're finding some need for that. However, I'd like to keep that aisle at 35' to keep the opposite side spots at 35'. Otherwise I'd have to reduce those sizes to give more...

Thanks for all of the info folks.

I'm a very process driven person (live by to-do lists), and glad to see your facilities are run with strict processes/procedures and that's the reasoning you attest the "smoothness" to.

  • 40' RV Space (Angled) with 35' Aisle??

I'm putting in some last minute additions to our all paved site.

This gravel area will have a 35' aisle, with 60 degree angled spaces. Ideally I put 40' spaces on one side of the aisle and 35' spaces on the other side of the aisle. Space is obviously limited, and I have other options/sizes...

I like Steve's outlook on this...look for solutions.

My initial thought is to have the person learn to deal with it (man-up if you will). However from a business owner standpoint sometimes you have to step back and help / offer solutions / problem solve, etc. Of course you'll have those...

Forgot to add. I wouldn't recommend IFTTT for any sort of commercial space/use. You're relying on a third party to control things and that's not a reliable solution for a business/commercial space. I loved IFTTT for my daily weather text, until they recently no longer support that. And that's a...

I'm a big fan of automation. I was "into it" before it was cool. I have a great setup at home that runs Insteon (automation), Elk (security), and an ISY944i to control it all. Very powerful setup and has worked very very well for the past 8 years or so. But still requires "maintenance"...

Looks like a pretty clear issue to me. That is, there is no issue.

Tenant #1 is wholly within their lines and within the rules. If tenant #2 cannot use part of that space for his backing in procedure, that is on them, and they just need to figure out how to pull in/back in without crossing...
