Just as an aside-multifamily is a far cry from self storage. Apples and oranges difference. Hire someone with self storage experience and learn the ins and outs of self storage from someone who's done it.

I've always had a 'what do I do in case of emergency?' in the back of my head . Like, what direction would I go, and since I'm a upper middle aged (lol) woman, I keep my pepper spray at my desk. We no longer keep a cash drawer in the office (we'll accept it but it goes into the safe for deposit)....

Our access is 5 am-8 pm. Most fishermen like the earlier open (also landscapers and businesses). RV'ers don't seem to care either way around here. No 24 hour access offered at all....

Cracking down on tenants after hours
