Opportunity to lease units to detail business.. Need advice
I have a boat and RV storage facility and have just acquired the building next door(50x100). After advertising the whole building and office space with no interest, I decided to make 2 large bays, 20x50 ($330 month) and one 20x45($300 mo).
As well as 3 climate controlled units ($110 mo)...
