Is there something on the bottom half to prevent wind from getting under and turning it into a parachute?

Pick up the phone and do your own study. Call other facilities in the area, ask what they have available and take notes. Talk to local businesses about seasonal traffic patterns, and what they think of the idea....

You'll make more per SF with indoor heated storage units and they should be fairly easy to construct.
People with boats and RV's usually have other stuff they would like to put in a regular storage unit, you should have them available

IIRC up here new construction is in the $140/sf range for homes, probably not much less for storage units

Living in Alaska we have that problem and it may have been my post that helped you
I know rainX is not recommended for solar panels but I dont know how they would affect sensors, keep us updated

I plow our 9 acre lot. We have a CAT 966 loader with plow and bucket attachments, a small bobcat with a bucket, plow and snowblower attachments and a self drive little 28" wide blower. I use the bobcat and 966 for everything. The little blower just can't handle ice buildup in front of the units...
