Just had one. It was a month late, but we are operating as normal. -
You never know when
Sadly, one of our consistent auction buyers suddenly passed away. This lady was mid thirties and a fitness queen. She had a stroke suddenly two days ago and is gone. You never know when so live each day to it's fullest. -

Two issues with first day overlock. First you will running and taking locks on and off all week. Second is the sheer volume of overlocks on day one. I started to do that one time and said, Nope. We do not overlock until 45 days. That is a bit too long.Leave a comment:

It will be different in different areas. The best per square foot is our 5x5 units. However on some of our properties they do not rent well. The worst per square ft is usually the parking areas. Although this is not exactly a scientific study, business is showing signs it might be alright. My office gets all web and 800 calls for our company. We have 13 locations through the "Treasure Valley" area around Boise. The past week calls have definitely returned after being almost dead...
