Very easy.
I go up to my facility every two weeks. I go up on the 7th to collect the few checks that are there and do whatever else that needs to be done. We use Davinci locks to overlock any tenants who don't have a payment in by the 7th. As they pay us we issue the combo code and...Leave a comment:

We currently ask customers if they want to enroll in auto-pay and just set them up when they call in. Would it be wise to have them sign a form to acknowledge the auto-pay as well? -

Going cashless
I hope everyone had a great Christmas. My wish was for the general public to gain 20 IQ points....and well Santa missed that.
We are seriously considering going cashless with all new customers. The few that we have would be grandfathered in due to them paying on time like clockwork.... -

Disappointing auction results

I hope everyone is ready for Christmas. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve which means I'm finally allowed to shop for my wife!
We closed two auctions today and the results were just overwhelming disappointing. One unit had a small safe in it and decent items... -

Google hands down. Be sure to create a post under your google my business page and set up the mileage for under 10 miles. Also, adjust the hours people can see your google ad words. I think we do ours from 6 am until 10 pm daily....Leave a comment:
