Hmmm, not sure if this story is more about theft than wrecks or damage. LOL Managed Large facility in Florida (16 acres parking, 4 story climate, etc you get the picture). Parking was tractor/trailers, boats, buses...with a lot of traffic. We started having a problem with fuel theft out of these vehicles....

I currently have 3% that is not at street rate which includes a few prepay specials that we offer. I'll be doing another rate increase in the Fall for those....

I Love this discussion too, Helenatim! Bad. 100% means the Supply/Demand is off. Every other business raises their prices when the demand is higher than supply. Gas, lumber, EGGS! I also agree, that by raising rates to a competitive average in your area, helps keep delinquent tenants down. Sure you...

I can think of tons, but just learned a new one the other day from my gate guy. State regulation is now to have a safety sensor in the area where the gate opens into in case of entrapment. This is separate than the sensor that keeps the gate closing on someone. My gate opens in front of a brick wall...
