I'm a remote owner, using Da Vinci Locks, and so far that system has worked great for me. I go to my facility once a week, and typically I'll have these lock tasks on my list:
1) Remove any returned locks from the dropbox and desginate them as "available"
2) Overlock a late...

I've also read that there are a ton of RV's hitting the blocks from people that bought during the pandemic, and then realized at RV'ing and "off the grid" wasn't as fun as they thought it would be....

And they're doors are rusty, roofs leak and drive aisles are cracked and full of weeds. All of which could be addressed with regular rate increases....

A tenant last week emailed and said, "Good to see you're running this place like an actual business (the former owner sure didn't) let me know if you ever want to sell."
